Having joined the Three Points team in January 2008, Belinda has a background that is diverse and seemingly led her directly to the world of recruitment.
With functional expertise in Fast Moving Consumer Goods Sales and National Account Management she understands clearly the needs of the client from the client’s point of view as well as the best career choice for our candidates.
She started in the FMCG industry 7 years ago as a Sales Representative for Kraft Foods and continued working for Kraft before being promoted through to the Vendor Replenishment Planner role based at Woolworths Head Office and then into the National Accounts and especially loves the Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry.
Prior to entering the Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry she was a registered real estate agent working for McGrath Real Estate, she learnt a lot about the complexities of negotiating and looking after all parties involved, as well as the value of referrals.
Belinda brings across her focus on customer service, her love of people and her energy and drive for results. She has built up a strong reputation with candidates through her experience and today has the respect of many senior managers in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry.
